Blue Hole Park
This amazing park has a water source provided by a natural spring. The limestone bluffs that surround the lake make for an exquisite setting. There is no alcohol allowed. Here is the park info but there are no rentals available, all spots are free to use.

San Gabriel Park
This park in northern Georgetown has trails and picnic areas. There are also sports courts and fields. There is a river inside the park as well!! There are 11 different pavilions that you can rent, use this link. The cost is between $40 and $150 for a full day rental.

Rivery Park
This nice little park in the center of town has an 18 hole disc golf course. There is a large playground as well as a fishing pond for everyone. You can rent the pavilion for $75 at this link.

Kelley Park
Another downtown park open from sunrise to sunset, this park has a picnic area and basketball courts.

Chautauqua Park
This large park has a huge playground, basketball courts, trails, and a picnic pavilion (which you can rent at this link). The pavilion is $65 for residents and $95 for non residents for a full day.
